Generally, as long as your call’s objective is to relay information or is otherwise harmless, we are likely able to help. Below is a list of common scenarios we make calls for:
Certain sensitive subjects may require us to obtain more verification from you. We monitor all orders and will reach out to you if we require any additional verification before the call can be made.
Our rates for True Bear calls can be found on our scheduling pages. Most calls start at $20 for a 10-minute call, which tends to be enough time for most informative calls out. If we believe it may take longer than 10 minutes, we will reach out to you to approve the time & cost increase.
We do not offer refunds at this time.

Simply put, we are not hear to be angry for you, and we will not swear at or berate anyone on your behalf. We are a service to help individuals in a tough spot in a non-judgemental manner through phonecalls.
Our guarantee is simply that we will do our best to relay any information you give to us and that we will do it on time.
Because of the nature of our work, we can’t guarantee that whoever you ask us to call will necessarily be happy with the call. However, we do our best to make the person on the other end feel as good as can be expected based on the information we tell them, but not everyone responds the same way.
True Bear will reach out by phone 3 times. If we cannot reach the person within those 3 calls, we will leave a long voicemail.
